Health Mount will ensure staffing for continuity of care and reducing burnout with your existing staff. Physicians are carefully screened with thorough interviews and background checks.
Being in this business, we realize not any physician can just fill the schedule. At Health Mount, we make sure physicians are individually selected for our client’s specific needs. Once there is a match, our liaisons will work closely with your credentialing team to ensure a seamless process.
We go beyond placement to support physicians and healthcare facilities with transparent processes, reliable coverage, and a physician-first approach that builds long-term partnerships.
Health Mount will work with the facility to identity their staffing need. This includes a tentative duration and budget.
We will search our data base to find the best highly skilled candidate. Once we feel a good match is made, the candidate’s CV will be presented to the facility for review.
Once you are interested in a candidate, Health Mount will facilitate a phone or if possible, a personal interview.
The facility will have some time to evaluate each candidate.
If the facility wishes to proceed with a particular candidate, than our liaisons will work closely with the credentialing team to get the provider on staff with the necessary paperwork.
